My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms had a bit of dirty walls, slightly below the usual standard in India, but the service was extremely friendly, polite, and helpful. The location was excellent, away from the busy center but conveniently close to the riverside. The dining options were limited, and there were some minor delays in service. The facilities were satisfactory but not outstanding.

The hotel is situated just behind Tulsi Ghat, making it convenient to reach the riverside and the city center, away from the noisy crowds. The rooms, despite having windows, felt a bit cramped but were well-maintained and organized. The service, particularly from the manager and travel desk manager, was friendly, even though some improvements could be made for a more attentive experience. The location is in a quiet section of Varanasi, close to Assi Ghat and within easy access to the riverside and great dining options. However, the dining experience, while satisfactory, did not fully justify the room price. Overall, a pleasant stay with some room for enhancement.
